Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship: Semester 1 2025 Application Information

This page provides information on how to apply for the Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship for Semester 1 2025.

Applications for Semester 1, 2025 opened Thursday 1 August and close Friday 29 November 2024.

The Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship provides successful students with a $50,000 scholarship towards their course fees and other university costs.

The scholarship program aims to attract high-performing international students to each of Western Australia’s 5 universities. Scholarships will be awarded to 2 successful international students at each of WA’s 5 universities each year, providing for a total of 10 scholarships per year.

Applicants are invited to apply directly to one of Western Australia’s 5 universities. Please review the guidelines and eligibility criteria before applying.

Who is eligible

International students must meet the eligibility criteria in the application form on their chosen university’s website.

Applicants must be a new offshore enrolment into an undergraduate or postgraduate course (as specified by their chosen university) at one of Western Australia’s 5 universities. This scholarship is currently open to students who are citizens of the following countries:

Eligibility criteria for the Scholarship, including markets, is subject to annual review.
